Firearm Transfer Service

An FFL transfer is the legal transfer of firearm ownership that occurs when a firearm is sold by a licensed individual or business (a Federal Firearms Licensee or FFL) to someone who isn't an FFL, often for firearms bought online or shipped between states. The process requires the buyer to complete an ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check at the receiving FFL's location, ensuring sales comply with federal and state laws.
